For all the reasons you need property photos, we take them.  These are not professional photos.  Photos include interior, exterior, street, garage, roof, basement, mechanicals, etc.

Under 1100 sqft. (25 photos) ..........................$25

Over 1100 sqft. (35 photos) ............................$30

We'll take property and street videos.  It's all the rage now for out of state investors.  Keep in mind, these are not professionally shot videos.  These videos are taken with an iPhone, add on's and apps.  Ideal for rental ads and investor verification.

Construction Management

Meet Inspectors 

Need to get your scope of work?  Call me.  I'll go.  I won't give you prices but I'll tell you what needs to be done to get rent ready.  Scope of work is not a pre-purchase inspection.  I will send you photos of questionable items and encourage you to have them checked out by a professional.

Do you need someone to manage your rehab?  No problem.  We're experienced.  Construction management includes progress photos, daily contractor check-in, weekly contractor checkup, and all the babysitting that may come with contractors.

Can't meet your inspector?  Don't pay another re-inspection fee and get the ladies at the city all upset.  I'll get the inspector in and make sure everything goes smooth, so long as you completed your repairs.  If not, let me know - I can have a guy with me to finish the maintenance as we go.

 

Meet Inspector - up to 4 hours ......................$50

Per hour charge after 4 hours ........................$10
Walk with Inspector and Handy Guy* .........$150

*Minor repairs will be made during inspection.  Major repairs not

Do you have someone in your property that isn't supposed to be there?  Let us help try and get that back for you.  We send a reclaim expert, make three points of contact, structure deal if necessary and/or call and meet police (with correct doucmentation) & work with Detroit detective if necessary.

Are you out of the area and not sure who to trust as your boots on the ground?  Don't worry, we will check up on whatever you need.  We'll check if there's evidence of a squatter, determine if your contractor is on site, check on that blight violation to see if its legit, and any other services you require.
